Business Litigation Lawyer in NY

💼 Seeking Junior Attorney / Small Firm for Commercial Litigation Case (Contingency or Hybrid)

Location: New York (Remote acceptable with NY bar license)

I am urgently seeking an attorney—preferably junior, early-career, or from a small firm—interested in representing me in an active partnership/shareholder dispute currently pending before the New York Supreme Court (Index No. 656671/2022).

I am a 50% co-founder of a Delaware LLC generating over $3M annually. Since 2022, I have been fully excluded from company access, assets, and profits. The case is already Trial Ready , discovery is completed, and there is strong documented evidence supporting claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of funds, shareholder oppression, and unjust enrichment.

Due to recent changes in representation, I must secure new counsel before December 18 , which is a critical court date. I am open to a straight contingency or hybrid fee arrangement given the strength of the claims and the recovery potential ($500k–$750k).
