Business Litigation Paralegal

Structure Law Group, LLP seeks an experienced business litigation Paralegal. Examples of daily tasks include staying on top of the needs of their assigned cases, court filings in state and federal courts, assisting with propounding and responding to discovery, drafting letters, litigation calendaring, coordinating depositions, and otherwise providing support for several attorneys.

Requirements: The candidate will ideally possess the following:

• Paralegal certification
• 2+ years of experience in a litigation environment
• Knowledge of California state and federal court rules, calendaring, and filing procedures
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word (including formatting documents for court filings, including creating tables of contents and authorities)
• Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Willingness to communicate via phone to clients, court personnel, and vendors
• The ability to know when to follow instructions and when to question instructions
