We are hiring Business Development Associates to identify and refer businesses that require: Working Capital Loans Business Loans Term Loans Loan Enhancement This is a field-based role where you will connect with business owners in your assigned area. Our internal team will handle credit analysis, documentation, and processing. Responsibilities Visit MSMEs and business establishments in your assigned taluk Identify businesses requiring loans or credit enhancement Explain LLHPL services to business owners Refer interested clients to LLHPL Coordinate basic client onboarding You are not responsible for loan approval or bank processing.
