Job Summary:
Seeking a full-time + benefits, Business/Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Duties:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and requirements
- Develop comprehensive documentation including requirements, specifications, and user guides
- Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to appropriate FAA Management Team and Program Directorates. Develop and/or review assigned program processes, procedures and artifacts to ensure satisfaction of content requirements and adherence to necessary and appropriate organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the FAA to perform analysis on the overall organizational effectiveness and day-to-day efficiency. Coordinate with the FAA in the integration of horizontal and vertical functions internally and externally. Coordinate and support process improvements.
- Monitor, track, and report organizational and/or programmatic performance trends. Conduct research on specific issues and quick turn-around areas requiring inputs from external and internal sources involving organizational requirements, and programmatic and implementation issues. Develop strategies for enabling techniques for quick application of new technology and procedures.
- Develop and coordinate standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the FAA to monitor and evaluate current business performance and trends, and verify that established standards are met. Recommend improvements to correct deficiencies.
- Participate in and support meetings, conferences, and forums to promote customer and other external activities.
- Collect recommendations from FAA on budget and financial guidance received in orders and directives.
- Collect, review, and track financial documents.
- Prepare summary analyses of cost and pricing data. Interact with other FAA financial personnel and/or COR evaluating budget estimates to prepare the analyses.
- Collect and validate financial data and identify funding requirements and availability.
- Provide correspondence and inventory tracking to support management.
- Develop and provide schedules, distribute meeting agendas, and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Develop and provide technical writing and graphical reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum years of 8 experience in business management analysis, or a related role
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of database design concepts and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to undergo a background investigation
- This is an in-office 5 days/week role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,150.00 - $85,160.87 per year
