Structure: 3-Month Training Internship ➔ Full-Time Role (based on performance)

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, fast-learning Management Trainees to join our Business Development wing. This isn’t a typical internship; it is a high-growth "fast-track" program designed to mold the next generation of BD leaders.

For the first 3 months, you will undergo training in client acquisition and brand strategy. Upon successful completion and meeting performance benchmarks, you will be transitioned into a Full-Time Business Development Executive position.

Key Responsibilities (Training Phase)

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-value leads across the PR, Advertising, and IT sectors.
• Client Outreach: Master the art of the "cold reach-out" and follow-up via LinkedIn, email, and professional networking.
• Pitch Deck Assistance: Collaborate with the creative to build persuasive, data-driven pitch presentations.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities for the firm.
• CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and the sales pipeline.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Recent Graduates (Studies must be completed). A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers.
• The "Hustle" Factor: A proactive mindset with a "never-say-die" attitude toward follow-ups and closing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
