Position - Business Manager – Sales (Sales + Interior Design)

We’re looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Manager – Sales to lead our Sales & Design teams and drive business growth in the interior design sector.If you’re passionate about sales leadership, design excellence, and team building, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Sales & Design teams in coordination with Sales Operations
• Plan and manage sales budgets, targets, and performance metrics
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure accurate sales forecasts
• Understand customer behavior, anticipate needs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports and insights to leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales & design professionals
• Oversee delivery of 12–15 interior design projects per month

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing design projects or relevant coursework
• Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies

Candidates with Interior Designing experience will be preferred.
