Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who owns the full sales pipeline and leads day-to-day coordination across teams. You’ll set up and run meetings, track performance, manage the team under you, and act as the main bridge between the CEOs and internal teams - making sure everyone is aligned, accountable, and moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Meetings & Pipeline
- Book and run discovery/intro meetings with prospects and partners.
- Qualify leads, drive follow-ups, and move deals through stages to close.
- Coordinate handover to delivery/operations once a deal is signed.
- Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline value, win rate, conversion rates, revenue).
- Maintain accurate CRM and weekly/monthly reporting for leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve the sales process and outreach strategy.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and coach team members working under you.
- Assign tasks, set targets, review performance, and ensure follow-through.
- Ensure outreach quality (scripts, messaging, proposal standards).
- CEO & Cross-Team Coordination
- Communicate updates across teams.
- Keep records of discussions, decisions, owners, timelines, and next steps.
- Operations & Record Keeping
- Maintain documentation: meeting notes, action items, client requirements, and internal updates.
- Keep calendars organized and ensure internal/external meetings are scheduled and prepared.
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development/sales (B2B preferred), with leadership or team coordination experience.
- Strong communication skills - can handle clients, CEOs, and internal teams smoothly.
- Highly organized and reliable: calendar control, CRM hygiene, documentation, follow-ups.
- Comfortable managing people and holding others accountable.
- Experience using CRMs and reporting (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive, Google Sheets/Excel).
