What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead the commercial performance of the Cardiometabolic Business Unit, driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, and achievement of sales and profitability targets across the portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing and executing annual business and marketing plans, monitoring performance against approved budgets, and ensuring effective implementation of commercial strategies across the country. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will oversee brand performance, promotional investment, field execution, and business planning activities to deliver organizational objectives.
Your responsibilities will also include managing business unit operations, monitoring market performance, supporting strategic portfolio growth initiatives, and ensuring effective governance, reporting, and compliance with company standards and processes.

This role reports directly to the General Manager Marketing & Sales and works closely with Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional commercial teams to drive business performance and strategic growth.
