Thathal I&TS is a growing technology firm dedicated to building modern, scalable software solutions for a range of industries. We are seeking a Business Manager (Import/Export) to oversee our international trade operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and optimize logistics to ensure cost-effective delivery. You will also play a strategic role in expanding our international trade capabilities and mentoring the logistics team.This is a hybrid role within office collaboration one day per week on Wednesdays.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Rs 75,000.00 to Rs 150,000.00 per month

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistical or compliance issues.
• Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with freight companies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to align international operations with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, duties, and related documentation.
• Analyze logistics processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor import/export staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in import/export operations or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and shipping processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems.
