Job Summary:

The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales closures in the interior design industry. This role requires a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of interior products/services, and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Management
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads from digital/field marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored interior solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Prepare and present proposals/quotations.
  • Follow-up diligently to close deals.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the point of contact throughout the design and execution phases.
  • Coordination with Design & Operations Team
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure customer requirements are understood.
  • Assist in project handover from sales to execution.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
