Job Summary

The Business & Market Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic growth initiatives by analyzing market trends, preparing business intelligence reports, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify new opportunities, and support the planning and execution of business development strategies.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify business trends, market opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including market entry, product expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and interpret competitor activity, customer needs, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather data, ensure alignment, and support project execution.
  • Conduct variance and gap analysis between business plans and actual performance and recommend corrective strategies.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, executive reports, and strategic documents for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic projects such as digital transformation, product portfolio analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Continuously improve data collection, reporting processes, and business intelligence tools for enhanced decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or business development support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, competitive analysis, and strategic planning processes.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) is required.
