  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities to optimize time management.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, billing, and basic financial record maintenance.
  • Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while supporting customer support efforts through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in medical/dental office environments is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently.
