Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for a Business Office Assistant. The Business Office Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly, handling tasks such as managing correspondence, helping answering phones, filing, managing funds, billing claims, and communicating with insurance payers. They also assist the Business Office Manager as needed. This position is cross trained on all duties of the business office.

Business Office Assistant Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute time management
  • Must have strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
