Position Summary
This position assists the Accounting Manager with day-to-day financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Processes Accounts Payable invoices for payment using Bill.com.
· Researches account balances and posted journal entries using Sage Intacct.
· Prepares and disburses payments to vendors and reconciles vendor statements.
· Assists with reconciliations of bank and credit card statements, and assists with preparing of accounting reports for management.
· Answers calls for accounting issues from customers and vendors.
· Collects, prepares, and deposits checks, credit card payments, and wire transfers; and applies payment receipts to invoices.
· Assists with paper filing and ad-hoc duties as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
· High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel required
· Bookkeeping experience required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
