Schedule: Full Time
Salary: $19-$20/ hour – based on experience

Business Office Billing Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and assist with the financial and business operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and expense tracking
Maintain resident financial records, contracts, and business files ensuring accuracy and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and agencies regarding billing and financial inquiries
Support reception staff; provide coverage as needed
Manage front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee supply ordering for the community
Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
Participate in safety programs, trainings, and support infection control practices
Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, document preparation, and communication
Business Office Billing Coordinator Education & Experience include:
Associate degree or bachelor degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience in business office functions such as billing, payroll, or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
