Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office & Human Resource Manager to join our team at Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our business office and human resources department. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits administration

• Coordinate and maintain accurate records of employee personnel, attendance, and performance

• Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs that support employee development and well-being

• Conduct new hire orientations, provide employee training, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee performance and development needs

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employment, workers' compensation, and other benefits

• Participate in budget development and management of departmental expenses

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
