Position Overview
The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities including billing, ordering materials, scheduling projects, and providing general office support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer invoicing and billing processes
  • Coordinate ordering of materials, supplies, and inventory
  • Schedule installations and coordinate calendars for the operations team
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and updates
  • Maintain organized records for orders, invoices, and project documentation
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
  • Support the leadership team with reporting and operational coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable using office software and basic accounting or invoicing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or trades-based businesses
  • Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or bookkeeping tools
