Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the financial operation of our facility, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, with experience in managing the business office of a healthcare facility. The Business Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations, providing exceptional customer service to our residents and families, and supporting the overall mission and vision of AdviniaCare Naples.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares private pay and patient liability billing

  • Processes accounts receivable and payable, including Medicare and Medicaid claims

  • Manages payroll, including preparation of payroll records and compliance with HR regulations

  • Oversees daily census and reconciliation functions

  • Performs routine collection calls and resolves billing issues

  • Maintains accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions

  • Processes and tracks accounts payable, including petty cash and vendor payments

  • Audits and reconciles financial records and accounts

  • Assists with HR functions, including benefits administration and compliance with HR regulations

  • Implements new changes in financial processing and HR regulations

  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience assisting or managing the Business Office of a healthcare facility (SNF preferred)

  • 2 years of experience working in a Business Office of a healthcare facility

  • Preferred experience with Point Click Care Software

  • Candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent computer skills
