Salary: Up to $90,000 per year (based on experience)

Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Office Manager to oversee and lead our administrative and financial operations. This key leadership role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in long-term care billing, accounts management, and HR support, who is passionate about operational excellence and resident-centered service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Administrator and department leaders

• Serve as a liaison between the Administrator’s office and all facility departments

• Manage general administrative functions including correspondence, filing, recordkeeping, and accounts processing

• Coordinate meetings with outside agencies, families, and third-party payors

• Act as the facility’s Workers’ Compensation Coordinator

• Represent the business office at Medicare meetings

• Collaborate with Future Care on accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes

• Oversee resident Personal Needs Allowance (PNA) funds, including weekly bank runs

• Provide front desk support and assist visitors as needed

Qualifications

• Required: Florida Medicaid experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a billing or supervisory role within a skilled nursing facility business office

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, policies, and procedures

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and effectively support multiple departments
