Role Overview
The Trainee-Operations will support day-to-day operational activities across procurement, coordination, documentation, and process execution. The role requires a detail-oriented and sincere individual who is eager to learn, maintain accuracy in documentation, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Purchase & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in purchase coordination post approval from the HOD
- Follow up with vendors for timelines, order status, and documentation.
- Maintain records of purchase orders and vendor communication.
2. Inter & Intra Department Coordination
- Coordinate with production, marketing, sales, and other internal teams for operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth flow of information across departments.
3. Documentation & Data Management
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records related to:
- Inward & outward movement of packaging material.
- Update daily reports and trackers in Excel/Zoho (if applicable).
- Prepare documents and ensure they are approved by the HOD.
4. Daily Operational Support
- Report daily tasks and updates to the HOD
- Support in monitoring dispatch schedules and logistics coordination.
- Assist in process documentation and compliance-related record keeping.
5. Continuous Learning & Process Support
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn operational processes and systems.
- Support the operations team in improvement initiatives and workflow efficiency.

- Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate).
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.

- Hunger to learn and adapt quickly to operational processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,306.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
