Business Operations and Growth Executive

ABOUT US

ZRC International delivers Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Transformation and AI-enabled advisory services across the UAE. Founded in 2023 and backed by our UK affiliate ZR Consultants, we are building our UAE presence and this role will be central to that journey.

This is not a narrow administration role. It is a high-exposure position for someone who enjoys operating across business development, marketing, recruitment and operations within a fast-growing consulting environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

No two days look the same, this role will cover multiple responsibilities, including:

Business Development

• Market research, prospect targeting and stakeholder outreach (Apollo, LinkedIn)
• Supplier portal registrations and opportunity monitoring
• Proposal coordination, presentations and weekly reporting packs

Marketing

• Manage LinkedIn, X and website content
• Execute content calendars and design branded assets in Canva
• Support thought leadership and campaign activity

Recruitment

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening and interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines and prepare profiles for submission

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Background in management consulting, GRC or professional services (required)
• UAE or GCC market knowledge (strongly preferred)
• Strong written English and confidence using Microsoft Office and Canva
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
• Professional, commercially aware and discreet with confidential information
• Someone who enjoys variety and can comfortably switch between functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Business Development: 5 years (Required)
• Big 4/mid-tier consulting (EY,KPMG,DT,GT, PwC, BDO,etc): 3 years (Required)
