Business Operations Assistant

Menras is looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations Assistant to help streamline operations by handling administrative tasks, managing data, and supporting day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and eager to grow in a corporate environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records
  • Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and general task coordination
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries when needed
  • Take ownership of repetitive or time-consuming tasks to support the executive
  • Communicate professionally over email and assist with internal documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum College or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business or related fields)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting
  • A corporate mindset: reliability, punctuality, confidentiality, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
