Honeydew is transforming dermatological care by delivering seamless, tech-enabled experiences for patients and providers. We blend operational excellence with a human touch to ensure high-quality, accessible dermatology services. As a fast-growing healthcare company, we’re looking for mission-driven teammates who thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and who want their work to make a real difference.
We’re seeking a high-performing Business Operations Associate to partner directly with our VP of Operations and help scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power our care delivery engine.
This is not your average back-office role. You will be at the center of operations, collaborating across clinical, support, product, and engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and build infrastructure that supports exceptional patient care. You will have real ownership from day one, the autonomy to make things happen, and a clear path to grow into leadership.
We’re looking for someone who is not just capable, but exceptional. Someone who sets a high bar, thrives in fast-moving environments, and has already proven they can deliver results. If you're ambitious, operationally sharp, and excited to shape a company at the ground level, this is that kind of role.
Chief-of-Staff-Style Partnership
Work directly with the VP of Operations to identify bottlenecks, solve cross-functional problems, and push high-leverage initiatives over the finish line.
Business Process Optimization
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and clarity, especially in clinical and support operations.
Operational Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, team performance, and quality metrics across the business.
System and Tooling Ownership
Serve as the go-to expert on core tools like Coda, phone software, and task managers. Identify enhancements or integrations that improve performance.
Documentation and SOPs
Own our internal knowledge base, updating SOPs, Coda pages, and internal resources to support quality and consistency at scale.
Quality and Performance Monitoring
Audit task accuracy and process adherence. Help improve workflows that reduce error rates and elevate performance.
Special Projects
Contribute to strategic initiatives across operations, care, and product. Help plan, execute, and track results.
2+ years of experience in business operations, healthcare operations, consulting, or a fast-paced analytical role
Excellent academic or early-career track record with strong signals of ambition, discipline, and high standards
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work
Strong data fluency. Confident working in spreadsheets, dashboards, or BI tools such as Tableau
Meticulous attention to detail, paired with excellent organizational and communication skills
A high degree of ownership and drive. You get things done and do them well
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with productivity and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Coda
Experience in healthcare, dermatology, or care delivery environments
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Project management experience or comfort running small cross-functional initiatives
You will be joining Honeydew at a moment of rapid growth, where the systems you build and the standards you set will shape the company for years to come. This is a rare opportunity to:
Make outsized impact early
Learn directly from senior leadership
Earn meaningful equity in a fast-scaling healthcare company
Grow into a leadership role in operations, strategy, or cross-functional execution
We believe the best people don’t just want a job. They want ownership, challenge, and the chance to do work they’re proud of. That’s exactly what we’re offering.
A mission-driven team with a strong culture of excellence and ownership
A remote-first and flexible working environment
Truly competitive compensation including base and equity
Opportunities for mentorship, learning, and rapid career growth
Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
