Business Operations Associate (Part-Time → Full-Time)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to support our day-to-day operations, logistics, and company growth.
This role is perfect for an early-career MBA or a mechanical/hardware engineering graduate who wants hands-on startup experience across business, operations, and product execution.

You’ll work directly with leadership on everything from vendor coordination and data tracking to process improvement and customer logistics. No prior experience is required however what we value is attention to detail, willingness to learn, initiative, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations — scheduling, logistics, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing partners, and internal teams
• Help manage inventory, shipments, and installation scheduling
• Track KPIs, budgets, and deliverables across departments
• Assist with customer and partner communication
• Take ownership of special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, budgets, and reports
• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (Asana, Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Curious, resourceful, and proactive — you get things done
• Background in mechanical or hardware engineering a plus

Compensation & Growth

• $28–$35/hour, depending on experience
• Initial 6-month part-time engagement (~40 hours/week)
• Clear path to full-time employment based on performance and company growth
