Business Operations & Coordination Specialist

You’ll work closely with both leadership and sales team members to help maintain operational consistency and accurate records.

<How You’ll Contribute>
In this role, you will help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly by supporting areas such as:

  • Internal coordination for sales activity and customer documentation
  • Organizing and maintaining internal records and reports
  • Supporting preparation of proposals, quotes, and order documentation
  • Assisting with financial tracking such as invoices, expenses, and documentation
  • Maintaining organized systems for important company records
  • Helping maintain accurate data within company software and reporting tools
  • Providing general operational assistance to ensure processes stay efficient

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
