Business Operations Coordinator

Cedarcom is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and work directly with company leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and helping move projects and transactions forward.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to company leadership
  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions, lease administration, and deal tracking
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, vendors, and attorneys
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-up items
  • Monitor project timelines and help ensure transactions remain on track
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations
  • Help improve internal processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Prior administrative, operations, real estate, or executive support experience is a plus, but not required
