Business Operations & Design Associate

We are Sign and Design, a creative business specializing in custom signage and design solutions. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations & Design Associate. In this hands-on role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, managing orders, handling packaging, and bringing a creative eye to support our design workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming customer orders end-to-end
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery
• Handle product packaging with care and accuracy
• Maintain and update order records and inventory logs
• Communicate with customers regarding order status
• Assist the design team with basic design tasks and edits
• Prepare print-ready files and review artwork for accuracy
• Support daily business operations and admin tasks

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in order management or a similar operations role
• Hands-on packaging or warehouse experience is a plus
• Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop)
• A creative eye with attention to visual detail
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a creative/design role preferred
• Basic knowledge of printing or signage industry is a bonus, not required

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
