Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial documents with clients.
- Coordinate with product/technical teams and vendors for pricing.
- Manage sales pipeline updates, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
- Assist sales team with documentation, order processing, and client communication.
- Maintain trackers for leads, proposals, orders, and renewals.
- Support in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports for Sales, Service, and Finance.
- Coordinate with the Service/Support team for ticket assignment and closure in CRM.
- Track AMC/renewal leads, warranty expiry, and service quotations.
- Share service-related proposals & follow up for closure of service deals.
- Maintain service sales database AMC, Preventive Maintenance, Renewals, etc.
- Support in scheduling engineers and ensuring SLA timelines are met.
- Assist in customer communication regarding service status updates.
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Service, Accounts, and Logistics departments.
- Maintain service logs, daily operational trackers, and team progress reports.
- Support in coordinating material dispatch, engineer allocation, and task updates.
- Track SLA performance and escalate delays to the respective team.
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure timely updates to the system.
- Prepare weekly service performance & activity summary reports & review with the client.
- Perform internal checks on documentation, billing, approvals, and processes.
- Identify discrepancies and report irregularities to the management.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs across Sales, Service & Operations.
- Maintain audit records and help prepare process improvement reports.
- Monitor data accuracy in trackers, CRM, and financial logs.
- Track client payments and update.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up, vendor payments & invoice status.
- Maintain records of advance payments, due payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Highlight payment delays, discrepancies, or pending approvals.
- Maintain organized documentation, digital records, and filing systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum graduation is required, Excel certifications or Course would be advantageous
EXPERIENCE
2–4 years in Sales Support, Operations, Service Coordination, or Business Support roles.
Preferred Skills
· Strong communication & coordination ability
· Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
· Basic understanding of sales & service workflows
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of internal audit or operational compliance is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
