Business Operations Executive (E-commerce)

,Job Purpose

The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the vendor experience across all operational areas. You will work with Vendors and E Commerce managers to ensure we have the systems, processes and information required to achieve business goals.

➢ Roles & Responsibilities

Engaging in day-to-day business operations.

Seller Onboarding- collections of documentation & seller agreement for registration Provides prompt and efficient service to Clients/Seller.

Responsible for purchase order release, order fulfilment coordination, supply chain management.

Assist in various cataloging activities. Work on vendor coordination, including vendor payment resolution.

Resolve/Handle vendor Queries.

Creating Bulk listing for all categories. Worked in MLP Creation and Image link creation

➢ Requirements

0-2 years of experience

Should Have graduation degree

Technical proficiency/Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet browsing.

Good verbal/written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
