Business Operations Executive (HR, Accounting & Sales Support)

Role Overview

This is a multi-functional role combining HR operations, basic accounting (QuickBooks), and sales support. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day business operations while supporting leadership in scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Operations

- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records- Support recruitment and interview coordination- Maintain HR compliance and records- Assist with payroll coordination

Accounting & QuickBooks

- Handle invoices, expenses, and vendor payments- Work with QuickBooks for accounting tasks- Print checks and manage payable/receivable follow-ups- Coordinate with CPA

Sales Support & Cold Calling

- Conduct cold calling and lead generation- Follow up with prospects via phone/email- Schedule meetings and demos- Maintain CRM data

Required Skills

- 2–5 years experience in HR, accounting, or operations- Experience with QuickBooks- Strong communication skills- Comfortable with cold calling- Organized, proactive, and energetic
