Business Operations & Expansion Manager – (IT Company)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Expansion Manager to run, manage, and grow our IT Networking business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing business operations, developing new clients, expanding market presence, and leading teams within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT networking business in Dubai
• Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies
• Identify new clients, partnerships, and market opportunities
• Oversee sales, operations, and technical coordination
• Manage budgets, P&L, pricing, and operational costs
• Lead and manage teams to achieve business targets
• Build strong relationships with vendors and key customers
• Ensure compliance with UAE business and labor regulations
• Report business performance and growth plans to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing and expanding a business (IT or networking industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of IT networking solutions and services
• Proven experience in Dubai / UAE market
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

• Experience in system integration or IT services companies
• Existing UAE client or vendor network
• Sales and revenue growth background
