Supporting the operation of the Business Operation team (Inbound&Importation&Outbound&Contract Operation)

  • 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Problem solver, analytical ability, willing to work a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work to deadlines.

Daily System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor system transactions and interface performance daily. Proactively identify any errors and collaborate closely with the IT teams to ensure timely resolutions, contributing to uninterrupted Business Operations.

Operational Support & Process Coordination
Provide hands-on support in daily operational processes to maintain smooth and efficient workflows within the team.
  • Coordinating with the Finance team for timely import payment follow-ups
  • Monitoring import reports and promptly addressing stock entry-related inquiries from internal stakeholders via email
  • Following up on BusOps-related IT tickets to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution

Inbound & Outbound Operations Tracking
Conduct weekly and daily tracking of deliveries to identify any issues. Coordinate with the outbound logistics team to investigate issues and ensure effective and timely resolutions.

Insurance Claims Management
Take ownership of the system-based submission and follow-up of product insurance claims for items reported as damaged or missing.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and on time.
