Bin Pro Dumpster Rental is a locally owned and growing company specializing in dumpster rentals and roll-off services. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team full-time, with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on business experience alongside your driving role.

In addition to operating newer trucks and providing top-notch customer service, this position gives you valuable exposure to the inner workings of the roll-off dumpster industry. It offers opportunities for career growth in business operations, logistics, sales, and customer service.

Job Duties:

✔ Safely deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters

✔ Keep assigned truck clean and properly maintained (paid cleaning time!)

✔ Provide friendly, professional customer service

✔ Learn scheduling, logistics, sales quoting, and business operations firsthand

What You’ll Learn as an Intern:

~ Business Operations:

• See the day-to-day side of scheduling, customer contracts, billing, and workflow management

~ Logistics:

• Understand fleet management, routing efficiency, and delivery scheduling

~ Customer Service:

• Communicate directly with customers, help address questions, and maintain Bin Pro’s strong reputation

~ Waste Management:

• Learn how different waste types are sorted, hauled, and responsibly disposed of

~ Sales & Marketing:

• Assist with creating quotes, researching market opportunities, and helping the company grow

~ Industry Knowledge:

• Understand safety regulations, insurance requirements, and industry trends

~ Skill Development:

• Strengthen your communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills

Skills/Qualifications:

** Valid, non-restricted driver’s license

** Clean driving record

** Ability to pass a DOT health evaluation and physical

** Safety-focused, reliable, and motivated

** Prior is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

Position Details:

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday
• Home Daily
• Occasional weekends during busy seasons
• 40 hours per week, overtime available

Work Location: Primarily on the road with some office and customer interaction
