What You’ll Do
As our Business Operations Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day business while helping define the path forward. Your impact will be felt across our team, our clients, and our continued growth.
- Partner with ownership to execute growth strategies and drive revenue
- Elevate the client experience from first interaction through project completion
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to consistently exceed performance goals
- Design and implement systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, order flow, and project coordination
- Act as the standard-bearer for professionalism, integrity, and brand representation
- Proactively solve problems and ensure seamless communication across all touch points

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business management or leadership experience
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a consultative environment)
- Experience in custom window treatments, home interiors, or a related design-driven industry is highly valued
- Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, NC
- Experience with Monday work platform is highly valued
