Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations and business performance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, sales, logistics, and administration to ensure smooth and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations
• Handle sales, customer relations, and business development.
• Supervise staff and maintain labor discipline.
• Monitor expenses and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of production, sales, and plant operations.
• Basic understanding of finance and budgeting.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
