Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong knowledge in coordination, dispatch, administration, Tally, documentation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and lead the office team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination & Administration:
- Act as the central point of contact between departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow, task allocation, and follow-up on pending work.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative functions.
2. Dispatch Management:
- Supervise dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods or documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and clients for smooth logistics.
- Maintain records of dispatch and delivery status.
3. Accounting & Tally:
- Manage accounts, invoices, and payments using Tally ERP.
- Assist in financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of office operations, financial transactions, and dispatch.
- Generate reports for management on operations, finance, and team performance.
5. Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and guide the office staff for efficient operations.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and productive office environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience.

Pay: ₹22,475.52 - ₹50,000.00 per month
