We are looking for a highly experienced
Business Operations Manager
to lead and control the full operational execution of our outbound and B2C travel business.
This is a

, responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across
Reservations, Operations, Quotations, and B2C Operations
, while working closely with Product, Marketing, and Management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage
end-to-end business operations

Reservations

Quotations

B2C operational flow

Ensure smooth execution from booking confirmation to client arrival and service delivery.

Design, implement, and monitor operational KPIs, performance metrics, and service standards.

Lead, manage, and develop operational teams, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and efficiency.

Optimize operational processes to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Handle complex operational cases, escalations, and critical issues.

Ensure strong coordination between Operations, Product, Marketing, Inventory, and Sales.

Monitor destination performance and operational readiness across multiple markets.

Support business growth by aligning operational capacity with company objectives.

Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.
Requirements
-
Minimum 10 years of experience
in the travel & tourism industry.

Proven expertise in:

Tour operations
-
Reservations & service delivery
-
Quotations and pricing logic
-
B2C travel operations
-
Strong knowledge of multiple destinations and outbound travel markets.

Solid experience in
KPI definition, monitoring, and performance management
.

Demonstrated
people management and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and processes simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

High level of professionalism, structure, and ownership.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
