Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across departments.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Operations Manager or similar role.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent knowledge of business processes, project management, and operations management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
