Sales Partner (Commission-Based) – International Apparel Export

About Us

We are a fast-growing apparel export brand specializing in premium men’s ethnic wear and western wear, including suits, Indo-western outfits, sherwanis, Jodhpuri sets, and modern designer pieces made for international buyers. We work with wholesalers, boutiques, retail stores, wedding businesses, and fashion houses across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are expanding our global team and looking for highly motivated Client Sales Partners who can bring long-term clients and grow our international sales network.

Important Note

This position is 100% commission-based.
There is no fixed salary. Only apply if you are comfortable earning through a percentage on every closed order.

Role Overview

As a Client Sales Partner, you will act as a bridge between international buyers and our production team. Your responsibility is to build strong client relationships, bring in new business, and ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert international buyers, boutiques, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Build a strong client pipeline through LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, and fashion networks.
  • Present product catalogs, pricing options, and custom design possibilities to clients.
  • Handle end-to-end sales process: lead generation → pitch → follow-up → negotiation → closing.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the production team for order requirements, measurements, customization, and delivery timelines.
  • Track sales activity and report performance on a regular basis.
  • Promote the brand in local markets and industry networks.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or B2B fashion sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to independently identify and close clients.
  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to follow up consistently.
  • Understanding of apparel, textile, or export processes is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion/apparel, textiles, luxury wear, or men’s clothing.
  • Existing network of buyers in the USA/UK/EU/Middle East.
  • Ability to present products professionally to premium clients.
  • Experience in wholesale, boutique sales, or wedding fashion.
