🔎 Role Overview
As a People & Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and clients to deliver effective HR solutions across performance management, employee relations, and HR operations, while supporting organizational growth and development.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Act as the main HR partner for assigned clients and support HR service delivery

Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

Manage performance management cycles and employee relations cases

Ensure proper HR documentation, compliance, and reporting

Support organizational development initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP roles

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of OD, performance management, and employee relations

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
