About the role and where you will be working:The Change Business Partner works closely with leaders and key business stakeholders to build strong relationships that enable successful delivery of change initiatives. By acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures the Southern Cross Care WA change framework and tools are applied in a way that supports people through business process and technology transitions. Through collaboration and partnership, the Change Business Partner helps align project outcomes with organisational goals while fostering employee adoption and engagement.
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week.
