We are seeking a motivated and business-minded individual to join us as a Business Partner in our growing swimming pool company. This is not a standard job opening – it is a true partnership opportunity with shared responsibilities, decision-making, and financial rewards.

About the Business

We specialize in repairing, installing, and selling pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automation, etc.), while providing outstanding service to residential and commercial clients across Southwest Florida. Our reputation is built on quality work, customer trust, and reliable service.

Your Role as Partner

As a partner, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and play a critical role in growing the business. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing pool service operations (repairs, installations, and equipment sales).
• Ensuring the company upholds its reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Leading business growth efforts, including hiring additional technicians and building a skilled team.
• Driving advertising, promotions, and local marketing strategies to expand market presence.
• Managing payroll, finances, and budgeting to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
• Contributing to long-term planning and expansion opportunities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
