I am looking for a competent Business / Personal assistant to provide help and support at my home office. I have a small health care business that I run out of my home. I also am working on other online and digital marketing endeavors. Various duties such and paperwork organization, data entry, tracking, phone calls. Basically helping me stay on top of everything! Also some personal duties such as cleaning, organizing, calendaring, errands, etc would be very helpful.
A healthcare background could be a plus. Or internet marketing experience for other business we are involved with. If you can help grow these business then we can definitely figure out a good commission/ bonus plan.
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions, be able to learn and figure things out on your own.
Hours are and flexible. If you need early in in the morning or later afternoon, that works fine. A small amount of additional work may be a possibility in the future to do from your home.
Part time - or building up to full time hours if that is what you are wanting and can justify through your amazing assistance!!
I am really looking for someone who can help me be more organized and efficient. If you can help me, so that I can make more, then you will be able to earn more.
