Business Process Analyst

Job Purpose


We are seeking a highly experienced Business Process Analyst to drive enterprise-wide process optimization, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role is responsible for leading the design, documentation, analysis, and enhancement of end-to-end business processes while ensuring alignment between operational requirements and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, support automation initiatives, and strengthen governance frameworks that support long-term business strategy and performance improvement.


Key Accountabilities


  • Design and implement enterprise-wide business process frameworks and operating models aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Work closely with Business Units including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure process improvements support operational KPIs and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional business process optimization and transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be process assessments across production, procurement, logistics, quality, and support functions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and govern centralized documentation repositories including SOPs, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflows, and process maps.
  • Ensure processes remain aligned with ISO standards, food safety requirements, quality systems, and operational compliance frameworks.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by ensuring business requirements are translated into effective operational solutions.
  • Establish regular engagement with business “Power Users” to gather feedback, support change adoption, and improve process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to optimize system-enabled business processes and operational workflows.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis related to process efficiency, transformation progress, and operational improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.



What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience within manufacturing environments, preferably in Food, FMCG, or Milling industries .
  • Strong understanding of SAP-driven business process environments.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, quality systems, and operational compliance standards.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis skills.
  • Experience in business case development and operational performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
