Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Business Process Analyst & Developer
to analyze, design, and optimize organizational workflows and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing operational risks, and aligning processes with strategic objectives through automation and system integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Design and document end-to-end workflows, SOPs, and process maps.

Develop and implement process automation solutions in coordination with IT teams.

Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives.

Ensure process compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and implement improvements.

Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.

Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for process changes.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis and development.

Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools).

Experience in workflow automation systems and ERP environments.
-
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
