Business Process Analyst (Entry Level)

Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Process Analyst. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in Business and Financial acumen. Experience with Quantum (ERP software) is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner, we’re happy to provide training.

In this role, you will identify, lead, and execute initiatives that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of business operations. You will work closely with the Finance, Operations, and Management teams to drive accurate process mapping, data integrity, and system training.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement process improvements, standardization, and automation within the organization
• Support implementation of new tools and technologies (e.g., ERP, RPA, financial planning software) that improve business operations
• Facilitate process mapping workshops, root cause analysis, and solution design sessions with different teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement) to design and deliver improvement projects.
• Assist in ERP system configuration, customization, and testing
• Manage data migration: extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into ERP
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (In pursuit of degree will be considered)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Quantum accounting software is a plus—but not required; training will be provided
• Results oriented individual

Preferred (Not Required):

• Internship or co-op experience in Business analytics
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Familiarity with Quantum or similar
