Business Process Analyst- Operations

We are looking for passionate and driven Business Process Analysts to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to understand business processes and ensure smooth BAU operations.
• Respond to issues/escalations promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements where needed.
• Prepare business and process documentation and secure approvals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for process implementation.
• Support SIT and UAT testing with the QA team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking (Capital Markets) domain.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Securities.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge is an added advantage).
• Ability to create clear and concise business process documents.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.
