Business Process Optimization Lead

Job Summary

Utiliser Enterprise Services is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Process Optimization (BPO) Lead to drive operational excellence across our corporate service delivery models. Based in the Ajman Free Zone Tower, you will be the chief architect of efficiency, responsible for auditing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing Lean methodologies to scale our operations. We need a leader who can transform complex business challenges into streamlined, high-performance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Auditing & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive assessments of end-to-end business processes to identify waste, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Lean Six Sigma Implementation: Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies to deliver measurable hard and soft cost savings.
• Standardization: Develop and maintain a unified library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality across all enterprise accounts.
• Change Management: Act as a primary change agent, training internal teams on new process adoptions and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Data-Driven Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of optimization initiatives, providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other digital tools to enhance workflow speed.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations Management, or Management Consulting.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) and advanced data analysis (Excel/Minitab).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams through organizational change.
• Local Context: Understanding of UAE Free Zone regulations and corporate service environments is a plus.
