About the role
We are looking for business process reengineers to support an operating model initiative focused on validating the current state across People, Process, and Technology (PPT). This work ensures leadership has an accurate, fact-based view of how work is actually performed today — before future-state design and implementation planning begin. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering directly with senior stakeholders.
Scope of Work
People
- Map roles, responsibilities, decision rights
- Validate accountability structures (RACI)
- Surface capability gaps and role overlaps
Process
- Document workflows, SOPs, and handoffs
- Identify bottlenecks and redundancies
- Assess consistency across functions
Technology
- Inventory systems and tools by workflow
- Map system usage to roles and processes
- Identify gaps and duplication
Deliverables
- Current state PPT assessments (People, Process, Technology)
- Role & responsibility mapping (light RACI alignment)
- Process documentation (high-level workflows)
- Systems/tools inventory
- Key insights & gap summary
Experience required
- Active BPR (Business Process Reengineering) certification — required
- 5–8 years of experience at a management consulting firm
- Operating model work and current state assessments
- Process mapping and organizational analysis
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex organizations

- Structured, analytical, and able to quickly synthesize ambiguity
- Comfortable working independently in a low-hour, high-impact role
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to balance process-level detail with executive-level insight
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week
