Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)

Hands-on experience with:

  • As-Is / To-Be process documentation
  • BPMN 2.0
  • SOP preparation

BPM Tools:

  • SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)

Procurement Process Exposure:

  • Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle
  • PR / PO processing
  • Tendering & sourcing workflows

Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0-L6/L7) step-by-step

Requirements
  • Collect process information from Procurement business users
  • Document workflows accurately
  • Maintain BPM repository
  • Support walkthroughs & validations
  • Share documented outputsNo team management
  • No architecture / strategy role
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
  • Exposure to SAP procurement modules is an advantage
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
